The Reggae superstar has continued to make good on his promise to assist destitute young men, through his eponymous foundation by donating school supplies to residents of the Mount Olivet, Boys’ Home in Manchester.

On August 31 the “Wanna Be Loved” crooner gifted the supplies to residents of the 52-year-old facility, which provides care and protection for up to 48 boys age six to 18.

The entertainer’s gesture was highly praised by administrator, Patrick Newman, who stated “Your kindness has not gone unnoticed, and we want to especially say how much this donation is to us as we plan towards our back-to-school for the new term.”

Newman would go on to express his belief in making a positive impact on the lives of the youths at the facilty despite their unfortunate circumstances.

He went on to thank the entetainer while expressing an eagerness to continue working with him in the future to make a difference in the development of our boys at the home.

Rosemary Duncan, director at the Buju Banton Foundation, has since pledged to provide further assistance to the home in the long term future.
